Go to My Page and click on the Member Info to modify.

I want to change my ID.

Exhibitor/buyer: Not allowed to change the ID.
Visitor: The registered contact number (mobile phone number) is the log-in ID for AW Online Edition. You are advised to enter your contact number correctly, as this information is a means of personal identification during pre-registration for an offline exhibition.

I want to change my password.

Exhibitor/buyer: Go to "My Page - Manage member information" to change your password.
Visitor: The registered email address is the log-in password for AW Online Edition. Please enter your email address correctly.

I forgot my ID.

Click "Find ID" on the log-in page.

No, pre-registration is not mandatory but we recommend you to pre-register when you can because you can visit our show on-site free of charge. If you register as visitor during the show, the admission fee (KRW 10,000) will be charged.

I didn’t get any confirmation of my pre-registration. How can I check if my pre-registration is successfully done?

You’ll receive “confirmation email” within 10 minutes after your pre-registration. Please don’t forget to check your spam mails.
You can also check if your pre-registration is done by clicking “Confirm Your Registration” tab under the “Visitor” tab above.

When can I get the QR code?

You’ll receive the QR code on March 26th, 2024, which is the day before the show.
It will be sent via your email.
In case of not receiving the email, you can still get your entry badge by checking your personal information on-site at the registration desk.
