Exhibitor/buyer: Not allowed to change the ID.
Visitor: The registered contact number (mobile phone number) is the log-in ID for AW Online Edition. You are advised to enter your contact number correctly, as this information is a means of personal identification during pre-registration for an offline exhibition.

I want to change my password.

Exhibitor/buyer: Go to "My Page - Manage member information" to change your password.
Visitor: The registered email address is the log-in password for AW Online Edition. Please enter your email address correctly.

I forgot my ID.

Click "Find ID" on the log-in page.
